SHIROTECH - Sense - Neo Hong Kong Police: Sgt. Frederick Yamagata
Frederick Yamagata is a 62 year old Police officer in Neo Hong Kong serving his last year of duty before retirement. He lost his left arm and part of his shoulder in an IED blast as a US Marine in the 4th Non-nclear world war. He is now taunted by a psychopathic serial killer who has evaded arrest for nearly 15 years.
Despite a heavily augmented prosthetic, Frederick has a great disdain for technology and a heavy distrust of the tech issued by the NHKPD. He prefers his father's antique service revolver, and an old 12 gauge shotgun to the smart-SMG issued to his fellow police. Due to his perfect and near-legendary record the PD makes an acceptation for Frederick and allows him to work special cases in "the old fashioned" way.
As his last official duty on the force, Frederick is ordered to train rookie police officer Kallie Ka.

Color iterations were difficult because I had previously established the uniform with Kallie. SO I knew I wouldn't deviate too much from the bright blue armor and red lights. That said, with some help I narrowed down a solid design that had good contrast
